At present we are open on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11.00am to 3.00pm – everyone is welcome to drop in between these times: Monday – 11.00am to 12.00pm - Relaxation Class; Monday – 1.00pm to 3pm – Cardmaking Class; Wednesday – 10.40am to 12.40am – Yoga to suit all. (Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation); Thursday - 11.30am - 12.30am – Relaxation. Please feel free to call or email for an update of our services.
